Description of Services

Galaxiro provides digital product and AI infrastructure services, including brand identity, UI/UX and product design, web and software development, CRM/CMS systems, AI and automation systems, finance-related business platforms, and marketing/growth consulting. Galaxiro is not a registered financial advisor, broker, or legal/tax professional, and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice — including to clients operating in the finance, trading, or brokerage industries.

Engagement Model

Specific project scope, deliverables, timeline, and intellectual property transfer are governed by a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Galaxiro and the client. These general Terms govern use of the website itself.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project, Galaxiro engagements follow a milestone-based payment structure:

• 20% deposit due upon signed agreement, before work begins.
• 50–60% due at an agreed project milestone (specified per project).
• The remaining 20% due upon final delivery.

All payments are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency. Galaxiro does not accept bank transfers, credit cards, or other fiat payment methods at this time. Galaxiro does not collect, withhold, or remit taxes on behalf of clients; each client is solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations applicable in their own jurisdiction related to payments made to Galaxiro.

Intellectual Property

Content on this website is owned by Galaxiro. Ownership and licensing of deliverables produced for a client project are governed by that project's signed SOW, not by this general page.

Limitation of Liability

This website and general information on it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galaxiro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

International Clients and Disputes

Galaxiro works with clients across multiple countries. Disputes related to use of this website are intended to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. Disputes related to a specific client engagement are governed by the dispute-resolution and governing-law terms specified in that engagement's signed agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
